Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 365judi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the 365judi platform — including 365judi Casino, the Sportsbook, Slots, Live Game, and Poker Online sections — is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
1.1 By accessing the 365judi website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by 365judi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. 365judi does not represent or warrant that access to its services is legal in all locations. Players are responsible for complying with their local laws.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one active 365judi account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under the same or different names — may be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and must update your account details promptly if this information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 KYC Verification. 365judi is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide identity documentation as requested, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365judi account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 365judi will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 365judi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 365judi immediately via live chat support. 365judi shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on 365judi accounts and is strongly recommended. Where enabled, a one-time passcode is required at each login in addition to your standard credentials.
4.1 All transactions on the 365judi platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 365judi accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and DuitNow QR, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that was used to fund your account. 365judi targets a standard withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes during normal operational hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud checks.
4.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from legitimate sources and that you are not depositing proceeds of criminal activity. 365judi cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds where warranted.
4.5 365judi reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to a player's account balance pending further verification, where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
Bonus Funds Notice: Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players should review the specific terms of each promotion before participating. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
5.1 365judi may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
5.2 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise shared with third parties.
5.3 365judi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation is identified. In such circumstances, any bonus funds or winnings derived from suspected abuse may be forfeited.
5.4 One bonus may be claimed per promotion per player, per household, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on 365judi are final once confirmed, subject to any technical error provisions below. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming a bet.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game, 365judi reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 365judi shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical errors.
6.3 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with 365judi's sportsbook rules, which are available on the platform. In the event of ambiguity, the platform's settlement decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 12.
6.4 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-dealer mechanics. Published RTP figures are accurate as of the date of publication and are subject to periodic review.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365judi platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.1 All content on the 365judi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, and interface design — is the property of 365judi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 365judi platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written consent from 365judi.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365judi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
10.2 365judi does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 365judi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 365judi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account termination is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Upon termination of an account, any remaining withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money balance free of incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and fraud clearance.
11.3 Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 365judi customer support via live chat.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, game outcome, or any other platform matter, players should contact 365judi customer support in the first instance. 365judi will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.
12.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct customer support, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated by 365judi's licensing authority.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365judi holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
13.1 365judi may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or via a notice posted on the platform. Amendments take effect 7 days after notification unless the amendment is required by law or licensing authority directive, in which case it takes effect immediately.
13.2 Your continued use of the 365judi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
